JD Bernardy has a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Minnesota and a JD from Franklin Pierce Law Center (UNH Law). He served in the Navy as Reactor Controls Officer on a fast attack nuclear submarine that underwent a refueling overhaul at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. He did reserve duty at the Shipyard and the Naval War College.

JD spent 38 years working in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry where he led the Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance departments in 7 different start-up and established ventures. Regulatory Affairs gains approval to conduct clinical trials and eventual marketing approval of studied drugs.

JD is currently serving his second term in the Legislature on the Science, Technology & Energy Committee. This past term, he also served as a tri-chair of the House Republican Alliance (HRA).

Ted Gorski Ted has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems and an Associate of Management degree from Bentley University.  He also has a Master in Business Administration from SNHU.  He worked in the private sector as a Director of Technical Services for a financial services company.


In 2001, Ted started his coaching business called Get Your Edge, LLC.  As a PCC certified coach, speaker and author, Ted coaches leaders worldwide world on issues such as communication, conflict, leadership presence and Emotional Intelligence.  His clients include Fortune 250, Dow 100 companies and many local NH companies. In 2007 and 2013, Get Your Edge was nominated for NH Business Review’s Business Excellence Award.  Ted was co-winner of 2013 Executive Coach of the Year from the International Coach Federation of New England.  He hosts of the “Leadership Edge” TV show broadcasted on Bedford NH Community television, which focuses on developing one’s leadership skills.  He is author of the book, “Trailblazing Leadership” which details how a leader can stand out from the crowd.


In his illustrious career, Ted has batted against a major league pitcher (he did not strike out) and he has caught a Keith Foulke circle change.  His secret to success is knowing when to say—“Yes, Dear”.


Ted is serving his second term on the Transportation Committee, where he currently serves as Vice Chairman.

Deborah Hobson is currently serving her third term, representing the towns of East Kingston and Kingston in Rockingham County. Having served on the school board for 6 years while being a stay-at-home mom, she felt called to higher public service. She is passionate about education and previously served on the Education Committee. She is currently serving on the Legislative Administration committee as Clerk and serving her third term as a co-chair of the House Republican Alliance. She also serves as a board member of 603 Alliance and as a Senior Advisor with the National Heritage Center for Constitutional Studies. She is passionate about bringing women together with patriotic values that reflect love of country and self-reliance. Deb served as the 1st Vice President of New Hampshire Federation of Republican Women during the 2020-2021 term and co-chair of the 2021 Leadership Conference & Retreat.

Katelyn Kuttab grew up in Southern NH and then earned her undergraduate degree in Computer Information Systems from Florida Institute of Technology. She formerly worked an engineer in the software industry for 15 years. After her youngest son was born, she left the software world to focus on her professional photography business, where she worked for 5 years prior to closing it due to the COVID shutdown.

She has lived in Windham for the past 7 years with her husband, their four children (ages 4, 6, 10, and 15), and their two dogs. She currently serves as Treasurer of a local nonprofit, Friends of the Library of Windham. She was previously President of Windham Moms Alliance, President of Windham Moms Fund, and 2nd Vice President of Greater Salem Federation of Republican Women.

Katelyn is serving on the Judiciary and Special Family Court committees as Clerk and on the Election Committee as a member this term.

Brian Seaworth is currently serving his sixth term in the New Hampshire House representing the people of Pembroke. He won the seat for the first time in the “red wave” of 2010 and has been in the House, in both the majority and the minority, for all but one term since. Each term he has served on the House Labor Committee, twice as the Clerk of that committee and twice as its Vice Chairman.

Brian has served on a number of non-standing committees in the House and has, for many years, been on the Executive Committee for the Merrimack County delegation. At the town level, he is the Chairman of the Planning Board as well as a member of the Municipal Budget Committee.

Brian’s educational background is in Mechanical Engineering, having graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He has worked in aerospace, the utility industry, and software and is currently self-employed as a consultant. Brian shares his home with his wife, two children (now in six and ninth grade), a very exuberant German shepherd, and six chickens.
